Are you a Chinese manufacturer with direct sourcing capabilities?
Yes, we have our own factory. All products are manufactured in-house, allowing us to offer you factory‑direct pricing.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Blank tin cans: minimum order quantity is 1,000 units; for custom-printed tin cans, the MOQ varies depending on the can style and size.
If I want to customize exclusive packaging and printing, what materials do I need to provide?
1. Please let us know the size and capacity of the metal can you require.
2. We will provide design templates tailored to the specific can type. You can then submit your artwork to our designers, along with your high‑resolution logo, product text, and color scheme. Once we’ve produced a print‑ready rendering for your review and approval, we’ll proceed with production.
3. You may also provide a sample jar; we will replicate it exactly as is.
What printing process is used for metal cans?
Supports CMYK four-color printing and Pantone spot color printing; full‑color ranges are fully customizable.
What format of design file do I need to provide?
AI (Illustrator) and PSD (Photoshop) files are both supported.
How can I request samples from your company?
If the style you’re looking for is in stock, we can ship a free sample right away. If you’d like to have your own custom design printed, a sampling fee will apply. In both cases, the courier shipping costs are borne by you. Samples can be sent via SF Express, FedEx, United Parcel Service, Tiandi Logistics, DHL, or other carriers.
How should finished metal cans be packaged?
Each metal can is individually sealed in a plastic bag, then packed into a cardboard box, or palletized as a whole.
How does your company ensure high product quality?
All metal cans are individually inspected using fully automated leak-testing equipment.
Can I inspect the product quality before shipment?
Certainly. You, your company’s colleagues, or a third-party quality inspector may all come to our factory for pre-shipment inspection.
What ancillary services can we provide?
We support three Incoterms: EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free On Board), and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight). Payment is settled in USD or RMB, with bank‑to‑bank T/T transfers as the standard method; other payment channels can be discussed on a case‑by‑case basis depending on the order details.
